Short Of Breath...

Seen at the gym last night:

If at any time during exercise you feel faint, short of breath or are experiencing heart palpitations stop exercising immediately and seek the help of a physician.

Hmmm, every time I exercise I am short of breath but I'm pretty sure my physician would say to get my tush back up on that treadmill.

Remember this hilarious music video by OK Go? I can't NOT watch it:

Especially the guy in the skinny red pants.

How fun would it be to start doing the treadmill dance the next time I'm at the gym?

I'm sure I would be slightly out of breath and definitely feeling faint.

  1. Ha, ha. I love this video. I was quite amazed the first time I saw it and wondered how in the world they thought of it. Very cool!

  2. That video is aAWESOME I would have a hardtime doing that but would love to do it. They are super COOL. You always find a way to crack me up!

  3. I love it! I can't imagine how much work went into choreographic that little ditty. WOW! I think I might have to post that on The Sisterhood to give everyone some motivation, or at least a good laugh.

You should totally bust out with the treadmill dance next time you're at the gym. Surprise everyone!!

  4. Love it love it love it!! Now I want to go dance on treadmills! I agree, you should totally break that out at the gym (be sure to wear red pants)!

  5. I've seen part of that before, but I watched the whole thing this time . . . WOW! Really amazing what you can come up with hanging aound some equipment like that. I'm now thinking of starting a new craze: Stair-master Stepping! :)

  6. I have seen that before...awesome!
If I were in the group, I would have probably fallen off or something about 2 1/2 minutes into the dance and would have had to start all over!

  7. That is so awesome. I have never seen that before. I am going to watch it again...

  8. Ironically, I like to listen to this song while I'm on the treadmill at the gym. I don't know what the BPM (beats per minute) is on this song, but it sure puts a little more oomph in my step.

    LOVE the white shoes!

C'mon, let's chat a bit...
