Can I just say how excited I was when they announced Leona Lewis to sing 'Bleeding Love' on American Idol tonight!!!

Did anyone else catch Pretty Woman on TBS Sunday night? Lance had NEVER seen it, so we watched it. When this song came on, I sang with gusto :

Transformers, Robots in disguise...

Yep, Lance finally talked me into watching something HE wanted to see on Monday night. I can be kinda bossy when it comes to evening television...or music..or food...or entertainment...never mind.

Yes, we watched Transformers... and I LIKED it. I remember playing with Jason's transformers when we were little. I think he had Optimus Prime because it was red and blue. Yes, those are my advanced analytical skillz.

Yeah, he's cool.

But I want the bumblebee camaro. I would look good in it.

See? It's sweet.

I couldn't find a cool enough looking picture without the orange tape.

Still, I think I'll buy one with my spare change...

Swirly Thingies & Teal

Doesn't get much better than swirly thingies and teal. Can I say how many hours this ate up? I did enjoy playing around and am happy with the final outcome. Thanks go to Laura for the inspiration. She's got some new duds as well.

I've decided decorating my blog is kinda like shopping for new clothes. Trying on clothes to see what fits which parts best, what is flattering, what is not, etc.

So, like my outfit? Does it make my butt look big?

Ok, so the "about me" picture is the best I can do! In the last year, the only picture I have by myself is this one. I snapped this one while lying on the floor testing settings to make sure they were correct for pics of Jude. Priorities, I know. One eye is closed, my hair is pathetic and I'm pretty sure I have no makeup on. Also note the cameo appearance of bath buddy duck complete with duck slippers. I don't have slippers of humans, I think it's kinda weird...

Anyway, I guess I have to get some better pics, because this one leaves much to be desired. Do you have a good, very flattering pic of me? Send it my way.

Run And Tell That....

Ok, I just got this new CD. I can't stop listening to it! It makes me dance and smile :)

I'm just a leetle embarrassed that it's the Hairspray soundtrack. :) Oh yes, I can't stop myself from a good musical. My loving husband gave me the DVD for Christmas and I LUV it! He even WATCHED it with me...That's true love folks!

I am going to instill musical fondness in my children from the get-go. 'Cause they have no choice really. If I'm driving, I'm listening to my musicals :)

My brother-in-law thinks the IDEA of Hairspray the musical/movie/soundtrack is completely stupid. Too bad his other half agrees with me. He might think it's stupid because he walked in our front door and caught me dancing with my son to Run and Tell That while singing into my soup ladle.......maybe.
